Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person,
and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins,

JESUS CHRIST is seen as God's express image, the brightness of his glory, upholding all things by His WORD.
And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us,
(and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,)
full of grace and truth.
Jesus came in the flesh as the WORD - GOD
Genesis identifies with the letter ALEF:

Both Genesis and John relate the 'beginning' and together Genesis and John - ALEF / SHIN - reveal FIRE. ALEF / SHIN is FIRE. The pictures also reveal that the one who created the world and man was rejected by the world and man [Isaiah 53:3].

Our God is a consuming fire.
Understand therefore this day, that the LORD your God is he which goes over before you;

God, as LOVE, is a CONSUMING FIRE, leading, going over before his people to destroy the enemy that brings death. Christ, in that same love, came in fulfillment of the law, going over before his people, to destroy death

ALEF is numerically equivalent [111] to 'instruction of children, children of the living God, priests of the Lord'. If we are to GRASP the love of GOD demonstrated in MESSIAH CHRIST - it begins with ALEF. ALEF's form value reveals JEHOVAH / YAHWEH. By it's letters: A: JEHOVAH/JESUS L: TEACHING ... F: to SPEAK. The WORD made FLESH in each of us is seen in God's second commandment - 'Love one another as you love yourself'. The MIND of Christ is a heart of LOVE. The WORD of God is its own PRAYER - it is 'truth from the mouth of the speaker' that identifies our family relationship, that we are known by His Name - - Jesus Christ.
