The second letter HEI, means,  BEHOLD, LOOK , UPON,  HE is REVEALED
TAKE  [HERE is]  SEED

John the Baptist pointed to JESUS [John 1],
'BEHOLD the Lamb who takes away the sin of the world.

The third letter SHIN, means TEETH, by symbol FIRE - to CONSUME.
Our God, who is love, is a 'consuming fire' - consuming all that is evil.

Disease is EVIL [Psalm 41 belial dabar:

disagreeable, malignant, wicked weakness, affliction, sickness
God is zealous, passionate - on fire - that His people experience His love

OF THE NAME OF JESUS -

to CONNECT

The fourth letter VAV, means HOOK, by symbol the NAIL - to CONNECT
[Hebrews 13:8] Jesus Christ is the same today, yesterday and forever.
JESUS CHRIST - the 'mind of Christ' - is our CONNECTION to God.

1 John 1
5 This is the message which we have heard from Him and declare to you,  
 that God is light and in Him is no darkness at all.
6 If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness,
we lie and do not practice the truth.
7 But if we walk in the light as He is in the light,  
we have fellowship with one another, 
and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.
